2025 Youth Summer Conditioning

Registration is now open!

For athletes aspiring to improve their skills we will have summer workouts in May and June. Please make sure to register your child to have them participate. 

Our summer conditioning schedule will be Monday and Wednesdays and every other Saturday for the next (9) weeks. Conditioning will be starting Tuesday 04/29/2025 and will be Tuesday and Thursday ONLY the week of 04/28. Week night hours will be 5:45-7:30pm; 5:45-6pm being roll call/check-ins and 6pm starting warm-ups. Saturday hours will be 9-11am; 9-9:15am being roll call/check-ins and 9:15am starting warm-ups.

Every athlete will need to have cleats and a water bottle to participate.
